About StaffMap

You can check which version and edition of StaffMap you have at any time from the About menu item. A new activation key can also be entered at any time. For example, a customer that initially purchases the Standard edition may later upgrade to the Enterprise edition.

  1. Open the Side Menu and select Tools > Project > About

2. Version and edition information will be displayed.

System Information

The System Info screen contains pertinent information about your StaffMap installation and system configuration, including:

  • StaffMap Version
  • .NET Framework Version
  • Windows Version
  • IIS Version
  • Processor Type

This information can be invaluable in diagnosing problems, and may be requested by help technicians.

How to Access System Info

Open the Side Menu and select Tools > Project > About > System Info.
