Adding Employee Records
Employees records can be added to a project directly from the Staff List, or any other employee list.
- In the Side Menu, select Staff.
2. In the Staff List select the Add button.
3. Enter the employee's first and last name, and any other required fields.
4. Fill out any other Employee Form fields if you wish:
- If you want the employee to be able to login, enter a username and password.
- Add a Security Group to limit what this user will be allowed to do in the project.
- For the Floorname, select a floorplan or map to add the employee to.
- If added to a map, the employee can then be dragged to the desired location.
- Add an Address to display where this user is geographically on the Map floorplan.
5. Click the green camera icon to add an employee picture. Click the red icon to remove the employee picture.
6. Select Save to add the new employee to your project.
